Only register candidates who we are confident meet our clients needs
Meet face to face to understand our customers business
Interview all candidates before they are submitted
With every CV the client will receive a candidate competency report and a comprehensive interview summary
If we do not have the right calibre of candidate inform our customers within 24 hours and agree a mutually acceptable action plan
  Schedule quarterly review meetings to review performance
Work with a small number of customers in partnership
