•	The highest ethical standards - honest and open at all times
•	Only register candidates who we are confident meet our clients needs
•	Meet face to face to understand our customers business
•	Interview all candidates before they are submitted
•	With every CV the client will receive a candidate competency report and a comprehensive interview summary
•	If we do not have the right calibre of candidate inform our customers within 24 hours and agree a mutually acceptable action plan
	Schedule quarterly review meetings to review performance
•	Work with a small number of customers in partnership
