Clinical Professionals have developed a highly comprehensive understanding
of a broad range of specialist functional disciplines. Our knowledge-base
has its foundations in an unrivalled blend of personal industry
experience in combination with a company-wide policy committed
to investment in training and development at all levels.
Our company structure is focused upon the development of specialist knowledge from the outset. Each consultant is able to gain an in-depth insight into their sector from an early stage in their training and development through placement within their specialist sector department, enabling each new employee to develop their skills with the support and guidance of experienced specialist-sector consultants. Such an approach promotes an environment of collaboration and professional development in which technical and specialist knowledge is easily shared.
Once our consultants have completed our comprehensive initial training period they continue to receive further investment in their development through weekly in-house training sessions, personal research targets (self learning) , and structured technical training through recognised industry providers such as TOPRA and the ICR.
